The Medium is the Message

After today's discussion on the media, I wasn't surprised that anything we put n social media or any media platform is private. This is the process a "message goes though:

(medium) When I'm messaging my friends through Instagram or Snapchat, I don't care about punctuation or the way I spell certain words, but if I was to write an email to somebody important (obviously someone important because then why would I be emailing them), I would make sure to be very formal and do my best to sound very intelligent. The medium is very important depending on what you want to say and to whom.

The thought of life after high school sometimes makes me want to cry. I mean when I was little, being and adult seemed fun! I dreamt of getting married, having kids, living in a big house with a big backyard, just living life to the fullest. But now, I have come to realize that adult life is nothing like that. You have to worry about money (if your aren't rich), bills, and it is just stressful. Although we might not want to become adults, the reality is that it is inevitable, and we have to face the reality that we have to save up some money, or else were going to be broke and homeless. I have some money saved because I have worked over the summers, but hat money slowly disintegrates by each little craving I have, and all that money we spend on things like "it's just a dollar" adds up and we end up with no money if we don't carefully save it.
