the right to read
Reading is possibly one of the most humble things to do. You sit down flip pages made of tree for hours, get consumed in a story, imagining characters and forgetting about your surroundings. I personally use to read all the time and took any opportunity I had to read. I really helped my school wise because it enlarged my vocabulary. If for a not so bizarre reason, the president decided to outlaw the action of reading I think it would really take a big toll on people. Reading is an amazing thing to experience and it really helps many people in different ways. We have been reading for millions of year and its part of our history. Even though technology is advancing an developing everyday, the feeling of physically holding a book and flipping the pages is really important to people. All the news we get on TV or social medias is brought up, and created so quickly it changes so fast you don't even know what's real. If someone takes the time to write and read something, then you know things are a reliable source. Although our world is evolving it is important we don't get carried away and forget the real values and simple things like the joy of reading a book.
